Welcome to Hams Over IP Premium. To help protect the integrity of the Hams Over IP network, access is limited to verified, licensed amateur radio operators. All applications are subject to licence verification.

You must upload an OFFICIAL COPY of your current amateur radio licence.

REFERENCE COPIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

If you submit a REFERENCE COPY, your application cannot be approved. You will be notified and asked to submit an OFFICIAL COPY before your application can proceed.

Application Requirements

All fields are required. The information you provide will be verified against the appropriate amateur radio licensing authority and the official licence document you upload. Information available from the issuing authority may also be used to confirm your licence details.

Your Information Must Match

Please enter your first name, last name, and callsign exactly as they appear on your official amateur radio licence.

Callsign must match the callsign shown on your official licence.
First Name must match the name shown on your official licence.
Last Name must match the name shown on your official licence.
Your amateur radio licence must be current and not expired.
The uploaded document must be an OFFICIAL COPY of your licence.
If you provide a DMR ID, it must be registered to the callsign entered on your application.

Automatic Verification

Applications that successfully meet all verification requirements may be automatically approved and provisioned. This allows eligible amateur radio operators to receive access to Hams Over IP Premium without waiting for manual processing.

Manual Review

If your application cannot be successfully verified through the automated process, it will be referred for manual review. Manual review does not necessarily mean that your application has been denied. It means that additional verification may be required before your account can be approved.

You may be contacted if additional information or documentation is needed.

Discrepancies between your application and your official licence may delay approval and could result in your application being denied.
